This wiki has the PubmedParser extension installed, which adds a parser function, {{#pmid}}, to fetch information from the Pubmed database (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/). The output is formatted using Template:Pubmed.
For example, the article at https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19782018/ has PMID 19782018, so the call {{#pmid:19782018}} produces the following:
